Tuesday:
Period 1: Good morning folks. Bad news this morning. You guys have been nothing short of perfect this year. Well, Friday you fell a little short. Lots of tools were left out or put away out of place. Laziness and lack of effort took over toward the end of the day. In all honesty, I was not happy with what was left for me after the bell. From now on, no tools, cords, vacuums, safety glasses will be left out or out of place. All tables will be swept off, the floors vacuumed, and projects/parts stored properly. This is not up for discussion.

I do know that everyone is not responsible for the problem, but you work as a team, you are credited with success as a team, and you will accept defeat as a team. Therefore, everyone will be writing a 300 word essay highlighting three prompts. Tell me why cleanliness and organization leads to safe shop environments, explain how we let things get out of control on Friday, and describe how (what steps we can take) to make sure this does not happen in the future. You will have until 9:30 to finish this essay. It is worth 50 points, that will hurt your grade if you do not finish this assignment.

After 9:30, we will continue the boxes by carrying the two boxes out to the site and all groups will be starting to put the gopher wire on the bottom of the boxes.

Thursday: I CANNOT SPEAK TODAY, PLEASE HELP ME OUT.
Period 1: Good work Tuesday, we will continue what we have started out on site.

First up, I need Jonny Beesley, Wyatt Evans, Eric Gregoire, Nate Lopez, Chach Martinez, Larry Rendon to gather together and open up your email. I am going to watch you fill out the R2 Data sheet before we start today.

Two partners from each team will continue working on attaching the gopher wire to the garden boxes.
Two other partners along with Brandon, Nathan, Mikaela, and Jack will be starting the groundwork on the site.

The goals for the site work will be to rake all the bark into a pile to be used in the future.
Dig up all existing plant material and weeds and put into a separate pile.
We will need to locate all the sprinkler heads in the area and expose them.
Put orange delineators and caution tape around the work site.
And last, do some grading by leveling the site and putting all extra soil into a pile to be used later on.

To take to the site. We need all the rakes and shovels put into the truck. We will need to take the staple guns, long nose pliers, wire and zip ties to the site as well. Each group is responsible for getting their to the site and returning those tools as well.

Period 7: Again, we had a great work day Tuesday. Let's continue that. No concrete today, I did not want to challenge the weather.
So, our goals for today are:
Finish forming and compacting all of the soil in the forms.
I would also like to relocate the extra bark onsite to go around bench and trees around the corner of the building.
Grade the site by filling the holes we dug for the sprinkler lines we broke.
Finish installing decorative rock around the drain and the bench and pavers.

Please help me put all tools into the truck to drive over. Rock haulers and stackers meet me down at the rock pile to gather the last of the rocks for the site. Let's work hard and smart today.
